Chester Handbooks is an independent publisher which produces eight A5 magazines each month and delivers to 38,500 homes and businesses across Chester and Ellesmere Port.
We are a close team of six people and all our magazines are produced in-house meaning your business is in the best hands with experienced professionals with years of experience in sales, design and marketing. We pride ourselves on enabling local businesses to grow through effective advertising that’s targeted to the key demographic, meaning the RIGHT people see the adverts and are most likely to act on them.
Our in-house team can do the creative for you, designing the advert and even creating a brand if your business doesn’t yet have one. We also offer print and distribution services from £40 per 1,000 leaflets (minimum order 3,500).
Back in 2005, the Layder family launched a local community based handbook, the first issue, ‘Huntington Handbook’ which was published in April 2005 and was delivered to 1,400 residents by David Layder personally.
Fast forward 18 years to 2023 we are proud to have eight local handbooks with 38,500 copies dropping through letterboxes in and around Chester each and every month.
